Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package
Group Medical Insurance
- We offer a variety of Kaiser medical plans. Should you opt out of our company medical, we will credit you $150 per month through payroll.
- We pay $550 per month toward medical premiums and/or H.S.A.
- 100% employee premium is paid for vision and dental.
- Dental benefits through United Concordia offer both in-network and out-of-network coverage with the same coverage.
- Vision coverage is offered through VSP.
- Flex Savings Account.
- Life, AD&D and Disability, and other supplemental insurance.
Retirement Savings
We offer a 401k and a Roth Retirement Savings plan. Employees are eligible to participate in our plan after 6 months of continued employment.
CPA Exam and Continuing Education
- In support of your aspirations to become a CPA, we will reimburse you $1000 per section passed. Upon receiving your CPA license, we invite you to plan a cruise for two through the firm.
- We will reimburse employees for continuing education in the CPA field, with review and approval from Human Resources.
