A specialized and innovative tax firm founded in late 2010, Altum has become known for delivering uncompromising personal service, expert tax advice and integrated solutions that effectively minimize taxes, protect wealth and provide for future generations.

Meet our founding partner

My focus, and our mission as a firm, is to provide truly exceptional service and unique value to our clients. We are committed to being extremely responsive to client needs and providing thoughtful, strategic solutions that seek to minimize income, estate and gift taxes.

After receiving my master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University, I continued to enhance my skill set to include tax research, tax, corporate tax, income tax and tax accounting.

Our clients include officers of public companies, real estate developers, venture capitalists and owners of closely held businesses. I also work closely with clients to assist with architecting business structures involving partnerships and limited liability companies that may include joint ventures, investment funds (including venture capital funds) and real estate partnerships.

My areas of specialization include tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals as well as flow-through entities (VC and real estate partnerships) and closely held corporations. I also have a specific expertise in tax controversy and qualified small business stock issues.

Altum has donated funds to Banco de Alimentos Puerto Rico, a non-profit organization that has worked for the past 35 years to fight hunger by distributing food, education and hope, for a stronger Puerto Rico.
